Intern, Graduate Program, and veteran & Disable-veteran

Providing Veteran & Disabled Veteran experiences in various building design, commissioning, renewable energy, and emergency energy management are a terrific way to help, still build, and supporting local community leadership. We invest in our interns, graduates, veterans & disabled veterans, give them tools and opportunities to find their way in the busy world of building services.

Program Information

LXC Engineering Group offers those following programs:

• 6 months work and 6 months school for our intern program
• 2 years Program for its Graduates; where we match them with a Sr. staff to combines practical experience, technical learning and professional development.
• 2-4 years program for Veteran & Disable Veteran; where we match them base on experiences and goals (short and long term). We combine practical experience and professional development.

You will have a mentor who will be looking after you during those programs and will be your main point of contact for any questions.

We currently will place you within the following divisions:

• MEP+F design
• Commissioning
• Renewable energy
• Forensic engineering
• Emergency energy management services

Who Can Apply?

Recently qualified veterans & disabled veterans, interns, and graduate students that live and go to school in a hub-zone that is about to complete their degrees from Building Services, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

• Academic record, work placements, active extra-curriculum activities will be assessed as part of the selection criteria.
• Personal drive to develop, contribute, excel in given tasks and commitment to challenging work – qualities we will look for in our graduates.
