The building consists of 12 contemporary and Mediterranean style condominiums with parking below grade. There are two residences per floor, each with 2,710 sq. ft. of living space. Our role in this project was to design and develop each of the unit’s lighting, power distribution, and size of all conduits and cables. And we had to calculate the overall final KVA load for each unit and required main panels, switchboard, site lighting, and grounding system. Prepared power system studies and analysis to support fault of the system.
