The building consists of 18 condominiums contemporary and Mediterranean in style, offering six residences per floor, each with 2,950 sq. ft. of living area. Developed and designed standard design document (DD) and construction document (CD) for lighting, power distribution, fire alarms/smoke detection system, and calculations for overall final KVA load. Designed size service entrance, transformer, switchboard, panels, size of all conduits & cables, site lighting design, and grounding system for each unit. Prepared power system studies and analysis to support fault of the system.
