New Facility Commissioning
Preformed technical DD and (CD) review per base of design, specification, and codes. Reviewed the following design documents: specification, power studies, various equipment, and emergency power system with a sequence of operations load. Verified and ensured that equipment met all specifications. At the conclusion, provided technical report recommendation improvements to the client for implementation toward construction design documents (CD) phase. On the construction phase, performed comprehensive commissioning of the electrical lighting, normal power system, emergency system, security, fire alarm system, integrated building, and power outage test. System tests, including detailed Functional Performance Tests (FPTs), system readiness checklists (SRCs), and comprehensive verification testing.
