In anticipation of Macy’s growth, our team was requested to create plans for an existing building that would be renovated, and design five proto-type electrical plans, based on Macy’s various locations throughout Florida.
Our team developed and designed the CD to be used for the company’s anticipated growth. It included HVAC, lighting, power distribution, grounding system, fire alarm, and communication system designs for the retail space. We prepared regulatory body submittals for review as per the building code. Power system calculations and studies were performed, as well as preventative maintenance procedures. We provided client with arc flash labels for equipment to show Level 2 and above, and we designed the lightening protection system.
