Preformed technical (CD) review per base of design, specification, and codes. Reviewed the following design documents: specification, power studies, and various normal and emergency power equipment. Verified and ensured that equipment met all specifications. At the conclusion, provided technical report recommendation improvement plan to client on CD. On the construction phase, performed comprehensive commissioning of the electrical lighting and controls, normal power system, emergency system, security, fire alarm system, integrated building, power outage test, security systems (access control, CCTV, building security, and cell doors), and public address system. System tests included detailed Functional Performance Tests (FPTs), system readiness checklists (SRCs), and comprehensive verification testing.
